If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service if you breach these Terms, pose a security or legal risk, or where required by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Data handling after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Project estimates generated using the Service are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business or financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date and posting the revised Terms.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.
